ichannel on your ipod or iphone!

Thanks to everyone (who is still out there) for being so patient in between episodes. There is a lot going on behind the scenes. One thing we've done is set-up "I" as a podcast so you can download episodes through itunes. Click here to subscribe to the podcast or click on the link in the right-hand column. For those of you with various other readers, visit the "I" collection on revver here and scroll over the "subscribe/podcast" button.

Thanks again for watching.

"There is a lot going on behind the scenes."

So tell us what's going on. Talk to us and we'll be even more patient. It's easy for people to drift away if you don't keep in touch. Let us feel like we're part of of it all and we'll stick around, spread the word and feel invested in your success.

I would definatley agree with that. However, it is VERY nice to have a podcast! WooHoo! I'm putting these on my iPod to show to my family. :D

We have done our best to sustain the show but it has gotten increasingly more difficult over the past couple months as the personal lives of those involved have gotten busier. Remember that this is free entertainment. We make little to no money from ads or merchandise b/c clearly the audience doesn't want to be bothered with that. So there's a lot of sacrifice involved in producing each episode.

That being said, the "behind the scenes" stuff we're doing is trying to generate opportunities so the team doesn't have to sacrifice so much and the show can go on.

Thanks for your honest comment - it makes a world of difference. Despite the tone of my comment above, I think we owe you more than you owe us. My thinking is that people are less likely to great you for granted if they can see the human side. Posting about delays and struggles is not a sign of weakness, nor does it detract from the show. Rather, it's a sign of mutual respect: it shows that you appreciate the audience and it helps us feel like we're a part of the journey.

Unfortunately, it's hard to make money with Internet TV right now and it's going to take time for the best business models to emerge. Hopefully your move to Revver will help out a little.

Hang in there, and good luck!

PS. Will any new episodes be showing up on Revver upon release, or will they be on YouTube first?

I've set Miro to download episodes from your YouTube channel, but once your Revver collection is up-to-date, I'd rather subscribe to them there.

For right now, we're just using revver as an easy way to podcast the show and hopefully generate a little revenue through our website so the videos are just the same ones that appear on YT.

We've uploaded through Ep 11 on revver so far (the feed is updated but it takes awhile for it to cycle through to itunes).

Thanks for watching and supporting the show.

I agree with nathan jones.
maybe do a short making of video to filler in tell people what's going on.

I'm new to ichannel and I love it. Thanks for all the effort you put into it - it's one of the very few quality video series on YouTube.
